CITY OF CODES AND LIGHT FESTIVAL

From the 4th to the 7th of October Milton Keynes will be illuminating the city to celebrate the fusion of art, science, mathematics, and technology through an array of installations and engaging activities.



Join in and delve into the profound influence of Islamic culture on fields such as medicine and mathematics. From uncovering the local coding history to community-centred activities, a mesmerizing lantern parade, and much more, there is so much to see and explore for all of the family.

Saturday 7th City of Codes & Light Festival Celebration from 7:15pm-9:45pm at

Start: MK Central Library & End: Park. *6.40pm Speeches *7.30pm Echoes from the Golden Era, a captivating projection artwork & Illumination by Limbic Cinema at MKC Library. *7.45 pm Magical Procession & Digital Lantarn Parade with street theatre

company, Inko-Nito's giant puppets, Céleste & the Selenites, followed by laser show by Definite and music show finale with The old Savoy Jazz Band and Symphonica & Mr Switch at Campbell Park until 9.45pm.

With multiple food stalls serving cuisines from all around the world, a marquee with activities taking place and our main stage, there is so much for the family to see and do.
